Rob Ganister starting started working in IT by picking up work as a computer tutor from the local community college help wanted board, when he was still in high school. He then went on to work at CompUSA as a computer technician and sales associate. Rob then went on to college at Villanova University where he completed his BS in Computer Engineering with a minor in
Computer Science. After graduation Rob worked as an apprentice IT administrator with Villanova's facilities management department. After relocating from Philadelphia to San Francisco in 2005, he started working for Advantage Microsystems, where he works are Advantage Microsystems Sr. Technical Engineer.
